I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Specialist Nurse, and founder of Nurture, Growth, Compassion - Therapy for All.
I, like you are only human and know from personal experience that taking the first step to receiving support is daunting. I would love to support you on your personal journey to help you gain insight to your emotional or mental health difficulties, or unrest that you are facing in your life.
This may involve taking the very first step, or you may have already started your journey. Wherever you are, l can help you navigate the right path for you for your future.
I have always had a natural affinity for working with people, and have 30 years of therapeutic experience working in the NHS with a diverse range of people who have experienced a wide range of challenges within their lives. I am also an accredited therapist with the Foundation for Infant Loss. This experience has been both in a GP practice and in the community.
Our relationships with others are often key to our wellbeing, and our difficulties are often rooted in patterns of behaving that we developed in earlier years. These help us to feel safe because they are familiar but are often out of our conscious thinking. This is particularly the case at times when we feel unsettled or distressed about something within out lives. Therapy can help to identify these so that you can make conscious decisions for your future.
